What camera is used to capture photos?
The event attendees will capture all photos using their smartphone cameras. Event attendees must have an Instagram or Twitter account in order to use the hashtag printer
How do you print the photos?
Your photos are found on Instagram and Twitter through your chosen event hashtag. Once the photos are uploaded, you can visit our selfie station and print the photo instantly. Please note: profiles must be public in order for us to find and print the photos.
Which hashtag should I choose?
We recommend that you choose a hashtag that is as unique as possible to avoid random photos being included that are not part of your event.
What are the setup requirements?
We require at least a 5ft x 5ft floor space and access to one electrical outlet to set up the equipment.
How will guests know how to use the printer?
All rentals include standard instructions signs and an onsite attendant who will guide your guests through the process. To get the most out of the experience, we recommend placing custom signage around your event venue.
Are a backdrop and prop box included?
While our standard hashtag printer rental does not include a backdrop or props, we are able to provide this as an add on service. Custom props are encouraged as well!
